Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the AudiScale service, an audit and visibility-action execution platform.

Access to certain features requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

At your request and after your approval, AudiScale may apply fixes on your connected channels (snippet, WordPress, GitHub repository).

No action is applied without your approval. You remain responsible for your sites’ content and configuration.

AudiScale lets you connect third-party services (for example Stripe) to read business indicators — recurring revenue, subscriptions, failed payments — and link them to your visibility actions.

These connections are strictly read-only: AudiScale never initiates payments, transfers, or any operation on your accounts, stores no banking data (no card numbers, no IBAN), and carries no fees — neither charged to you nor billed by AudiScale for the connection.

Each connection can be revoked at any time, from AudiScale or from the third-party service. Indicators are stored as daily aggregates to power your dashboards and simulations; they are deleted with your account.

Simulations and projections produced from this data are provided for information only and constitute neither financial nor investment advice.

You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and not to compromise its security or availability.

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. AudiScale cannot be held liable for the consequences of actions you have approved.

These terms are governed by French law.
