Platform rules
Last updated: October 11, 2026. What you accept when you tick the platform rules box while opening your account. They complement the terms of use.
Sites you are entitled to manage
You only add to AudiScale sites you are responsible for, or whose owner has agreed to it.
The competitor sites you follow are observed from their public pages only. You do not use AudiScale to collect personal data about individuals, nor to get around any access protection.
Acceptable use
You use the service lawfully, without trying to compromise its security or availability, and without reselling access to people outside your team.
- Not allowed : publishing unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of others, through the agents; sending unsolicited bulk messages; trying to reach another account’s data.
- Expected : keeping your sign-in details confidential and removing access for members who leave your team.
Your agents act with your approval
By default, nothing is applied to your sites or connected accounts without your approval: every proposal waits for your go-ahead.
You may choose, area by area, to let an agent act on its own. That level of autonomy can be changed or withdrawn at any time; you keep a veto over what is pending, and an applied action can be undone where possible.
You remain responsible for the content and settings of your sites, including what you chose to automate.
Credits
Some tasks use credits included in your subscription or bought on top. The cost of a task is shown before it starts.
Credits have no cash value and are neither refundable nor transferable to another account.
Suspension
When content received by your agents looks malicious, the related activity can be paused while you check it.
If these rules are breached, AudiScale may suspend access to the account after informing you, or immediately when the security of the service or of others requires it. You can export your data or delete your account from your settings at any time.
Data about people your sites concern
For personal data processed on your behalf (visitors, contacts, users of your site), AudiScale acts as a processor under the privacy policy. Anyone can exercise their rights through the “Exercise my rights” page.
