AudiScale

Inbox

All your mailboxes, sorted before you open them.

Contact, quotes, personal address: connect your Gmail and IMAP mailboxes. AudiScale proposes a folder for every new email, flags impersonation attempts and adds up, every week, what could bring in money. Nothing is filed in your mailbox without your approval.

7-day trial, cancel before you’re charged.

Example: Gmail and IMAP mailboxes brought into a single list, where each email arrives with a proposed folder and how confident that proposal is.
  • Gmail and IMAP, in one list
  • Impersonation flagged with its reasons
  • The money at stake, added up weekly

One list

Your mailboxes together, and nothing moves without you

Gmail connects through your Google account. Other mailboxes, Yahoo, iCloud, OVHcloud, Hostinger, Infomaniak or any IMAP server, connect with their password, encrypted before it is stored. AudiScale tests the connection before saving anything.

Every new email arrives with a proposed folder and how confident that proposal is: sure, likely or uncertain, with the reason spelled out. You approve, and the filing is applied in your mailbox: on Gmail, “AudiScale” labels, without moving anything. Every filing can be undone.

  • Useful or noise What needs action is kept apart from what can be filed unread: leads and quotes, clients, invoices, tool notifications, newsletters, promotions.
  • Your own folders Create a folder, describe it in a few words so the AI recognises it, and say whether it needs action or can be filed unread.
  • It remembers your choices “Always file this sender here”: their next emails follow, unless they show suspicious signs.
Example: an email with its proposed folder, the confidence, the reason in plain words and the actions.
Example: an email judged dangerous, its three numbered reasons and the advice to follow.

Security

Impersonation flagged before you reply

Every new email is checked: an address imitating a brand or one of your contacts, a displayed link leading to another domain, a sender failing authentication checks, replies diverted to another address, an attachment that can run. The verdict, suspicious or dangerous, comes with its reasons.

Faced with a targeted attempt, the advice is simple: do not reply, pay nothing, type no password. If a flagged email is legitimate, you mark it so; a dangerous attachment or link stays flagged.

  • Changed bank details A sender’s first email announcing new bank details is flagged.
  • Fake contact One of your contacts’ names, from an address they have never used: flagged.
  • Links and images blocked Until a suspicious email is marked legitimate, its links and images stay blocked.

Money at stake

Every week, what your emails could bring in

AudiScale picks up the amounts in the quotes, invoices and requests received over the last 7 days, in the email body and in attachments alike. Each amount says where it comes from: read in the email, read in the document, or estimated when nothing is written, from the average deal value you set.

You run the analysis whenever you like. On Pro and Max, it can run on its own every week, and stops in one click.

Example: the amounts picked up in the last 7 days of email, by type, with where they come from and their confidence.

  • By typeQuotes, invoices, requests and other amounts, each with the emails behind it.
  • Due dates shownAn invoice to pay shows its due date.
  • Confidence shownHigh, medium or low: an estimated amount is never presented as one that was read.

Your rules

You decide what happens without you

By default, nothing is filed in your mailbox without your approval, and AudiScale sends no email on your behalf. You can allow automatic filing, mailbox by mailbox: proposed filings then apply straight away, and each one stays undoable. A single button stops every automation on all your mailboxes.

To sort, AudiScale reads the sender, subject, a short excerpt and the links of each new email. It keeps the sender, subject, date, classification and security verdicts, never the content. To add up the money at stake, only the type, amount, currency, due date and confidence are kept.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before they start

Another question? Write to us

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail, through your Google account, and any mailbox reachable over IMAP: Yahoo, iCloud, OVHcloud, Hostinger, Infomaniak or your own server. You can connect several; they land in a single list.

Does AudiScale reply to my emails?

No. AudiScale sorts, flags and adds up; it sends no email on your behalf. Filing in your mailbox waits for your approval, unless you turn on automatic filing for a mailbox.

Is the content of my emails kept?

No. For sorting, AudiScale keeps the sender, subject, date, classification and security verdicts, never the content. For the money at stake, it keeps only the type, amount, currency, due date and confidence.

Which plan do I need?

The inbox is included in all three paid plans. The automatic weekly count of the money at stake is reserved for Pro and Max; on Essentiel, you run it yourself.

NoaI sort, I flag, I add up. I send nothing on your behalf.
